2. LEGAL STATUS & QUALIFICATIONS
2.1 LexGo.se operates as a legal consultancy service and is not a registered law firm or an advokatbyrå under Swedish law. LexGo.se provides legal consultancy based on expertise in international law, governance, compliance, contract law, regulatory frameworks, and business law. The consultant has legal training in English common law, European Union law, and Swedish legal frameworks.

3. LEGAL RIGHTS & OBLIGATIONS
3.1 LexGo.se, in accordance with Chapter 12, Section 2 of the Swedish Code of Judicial Procedure (Rättegångsbalken 1942:740), has the right to: Offer legal advice on regulatory matters, corporate structures, and business transactions. Draft legal documents including contracts, policies, and compliance manuals. Assist in negotiations and legal risk assessments. Provide corporate legal training and compliance workshops. Conduct legal research and advisory opinions. Represent clients in Swedish courts in civil and administrative matters, except in cases requiring a qualified advocate, as per Chapter 8, Section 2 of the Swedish Code of Judicial Procedure. File appeals on behalf of clients in administrative and civil matters, where permitted by law.
3.2 However, as per the Swedish Bar Association’s regulations and Chapter 8, Section 2 of the Swedish Code of Judicial Procedure, LexGo.se does not: Represent clients in criminal defense cases or in cases requiring a state-appointed advokat. Handle cases requiring legal aid representation as per the Swedish Legal Aid Act (Rättshjälpslagen 1996:1619). Provide services restricted to advocates, such as litigation before the Swedish Supreme Court or other instances where an advocate is mandatory.
4. COURT FILINGS & ADDITIONAL COSTS
4.1 While LexGo.se does not act as an advokat, it may assist with: Drafting court documents and advising on procedural matters. Filing legal paperwork on behalf of clients, where legally permitted under Chapter 12, Section 2 of the Swedish Code of Judicial Procedure.Providing strategic legal analysis for litigation preparation.
4.2 Clients bear all additional costs related to court filings, debt collection, appeals, and legal representation if external litigation support is required. Any disbursements, administrative fees, or third-party costs must be paid in advance.
4.3 For debt collection cases, clients remain responsible for all costs associated with enforcement proceedings under the Swedish Debt Enforcement Act (Utsökningsbalken 1981:774).
5. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
5.1 While LexGo.se strives to provide accurate, up-to-date, and high-quality legal consultancy services, it disclaims any liability related to the following:
5.2 No Legal Representation: Services are limited to legal consultancy, research, and advice. Any matters requiring litigation, formal representation in Swedish courts, or handling of disputes before regulatory authorities must be referred to a qualified advocate as per Chapter 8, Section 2 of the Swedish Code of Judicial Procedure.
5.3 No Client-Attorney Privilege: As a jurist and legal consultant, the attorney-client privilege does not apply in the same way as it does with an advokat under Swedish law.
5.4 Limited Scope of Advice: Legal consultancy is jurisdiction-dependent, meaning that: Advice is not a substitute for formal legal representation.
